Eco Excursion

09.00 Departure from hotel via small town of Resen, to the village of Asamati. In the village visit to the eco house, where biologists are exploring the birds of the region. The house is both an accommodation and lab facility, with a photo show room of all birds in the region.
12.00 Departure to the specially designed bird watching tower.
During the stay in Asamati, a picnic will be organized, fish on open fire (Prespa Carp).
Departure to Ohrid, via the mountain of Galicica, 2.245 meters above sea level. Prepare your cameras for taking spectacular photos on the view point 1.600 meters altitude, with a wonderful view on Ohrid and Prespa Lakes.
18.00 Arrival to hotel, dinner.

Supplement to the excursion:
- Visit of the church of St. George in Kurbinovo, with its marvelous wall paintings from XII Century (1.191);
- Visit of Pottery colony in Otesevo;
- Visit of ethnographic museum in village of Podmocani.

Remark:
For students of biology, there is a possibility for staying in exploring center in the village of Asamati, or in the villas of eco village Brajcino.
